Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) may withdraw from a distance selling contract or a contract declaration within fourteen (14) working days (excluding Saturdays) of receiving the delivery.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal:
- Custom-made and Individual Products: This includes items defined via a configurator that deviate from the standard product, as well as objects created or modified specifically for the customer’s printing order.
- Digital Content: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital downloads (e.g., STL files, Stepfiles) once the download process has started or the file has been made available to the customer, as these are non-returnable by nature.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to return the goods within the specified period. In the event of a withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The entire scope of delivery must be returned in adequate packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for usage or depreciation if the goods show signs of visible use.
8. Complaints and Defects
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Defects must be reported to 3d-printz.at in writing and in detail within eight (8) days of delivery. Other forms of notification are invalid. If a notice of defect is submitted, the goods must be held available for inspection. Claims for damages of any kind, including those for late delivery, are excluded.
