Terms of Use

1. Personal Use Only

These files may be downloaded and used exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes.
Any form of commercial, institutional, or organizational use is not permitted. This includes usage by businesses, schools, universities, research facilities, or any other group or entity.
Such use requires a separate, individually agreed license.

2. No Redistribution

You may not share, distribute, publish, or otherwise transfer these files in any form.
The only exception applies to specific STEP files as described in section 4.
Outside of this exception, passing on the files to others in any way is not allowed.

3. Personal Modifications

You are free to modify or adapt the files for your own personal use.
However, any modified versions must remain private and may not be shared, sold, or distributed to others.

4. STEP Files – Limited Sharing

Files provided in STEP format may be modified and shared, but only as individual files and not as part of the complete project.
Sharing of the full design or project is not permitted.

If modified STEP files are shared, proper credit must be given to the original creator. This includes clearly naming the original author and source, without suggesting any endorsement.

Example attribution:
“Original file by 3d-printz, available at [Source]. Modified by [Your Name].”

5. Printed / Manufactured Aircraft

Any aircraft produced using these files is also covered by this license.
They may only be used for personal and recreational purposes.

Commercial production, large-scale manufacturing, or selling of aircraft based on these designs is strictly prohibited.
Operating a business based on these designs is not allowed under this license.

6. Copyright

All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator.
You agree to respect these rights and to refrain from any activity that infringes upon them.
